OUR MISSION
Service Doesn't End at Discharge
The Patriot Foundation exists so no veteran has to face civilian life alone, and so the communities veterans call home are stronger for their service. We believe the discipline and selflessness that define military service don't stop at the gate; they become a force for good in the neighborhoods around us.
Our purpose is simple: put veterans to work serving others, and make the support a veteran has earned easy to find; all in one place, instead of scattered across a dozen organizations.

The veteran space is full of great organizations. Rather than compete with them, the Foundation curates the connections - vetted partners, one point of contact - so help is one door away, not ten. That's the service: we make a complicated landscape simple for the veteran standing in front of us.
