A real pipeline, not a job board. We meet you at transition and carry you all the way to a career.
STEP 01
Recruit at the Source
We meet service members at base transition programs; TAP, SFL-TAP and TRS. Plus separating troops ready for a civilian career.
STEP 02
The 8-Month Schoolhouse
Hands-on training in handyman, plumbing, electrical and HVAC; every task that doesn't require a license, taught to standard.
STEP 03
Graduate as a Technician
Graduates join our 1,500-strong workforce as W-2 technicians; earning, deployed on real work, accountable from day one.
STEP 04
Advance & Get Licensed
Keep going on the licensing track; earn certifications and the hours toward a full trade license, on our payroll.
THE LICENSING TRACK
Earn Your License While You Earn a Paycheck
The schoolhouse gets you working fast. The licensing track takes you further. Work under our on-staff master electricians and licensed tradespeople, earn certifications like EPA 608; and get the on-the-job training and journeyman hours to become a licensed electrician, a licensed plumber, or a certified HVAC technician. We've partnered with local journeyman trade schools to carry you all the way to full licensure.
